Let's be honest. Most people probably don't much care whether their problems are solved online or off, with a cross-media approach or with a sleek image brochure. The most important thing is a good, successful solution. More revenues, more contacts, a better image, more closely identified target groups. . .it's a shame these questions are often answered with an 8.5 x 11" flyer. We have a better idea: first we listen closely to make sure the client's goals and questions are understood. Then we think hard and come up with a plan that flows into a polished strategy.
